1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and deon55 ("deon55", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the deon55 website located at deon55.net and all associated services, features, tools, and content made available through the platform.

By accessing the deon55 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games, promotions, or services on deon55.

Any balances associated with duplicate accounts, including deposited funds and bonus credits, may be forfeited.

3. Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your deon55 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. deon55 accepts no liability for losses or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except in cases of proven platform-side negligence.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address documents such as a recent utility bill or bank statement may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by deon55 may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

deon55 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees with no platform-side currency conversion fees applied.

Deposits are typically credited to your deon55 account within 90 seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. deon55 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider, network conditions, or banking system outages beyond deon55's reasonable control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, subject to deon55's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Funds derived from a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.
• deon55 reserves the right to apply standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements before releasing funds.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• deon55 may withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification where KYC documentation has not been fully submitted or approved.

deon55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are drawn from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified sources will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on deon55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or market. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

deon55 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or game round in the following circumstances:

• A technical fault, software error, or data feed disruption has materially affected the integrity of the game or event outcome.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event or game round had already concluded, due to a data feed delay or display error.
• The market or event was offered in error with incorrect odds or conditions.
• Circumstances exist that provide reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion among players.

In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. deon55's decision regarding the voiding of bets is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 of these Terms.

Cricket betting markets on deon55 — including PSL, international T20 and ODI fixtures, and domestic tournaments — are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, deferral, or a decision to reduce overs, the applicable sport-specific rules displayed within the cricket betting section shall apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using deon55:

• Opening or operating more than one account on deon55, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted by deon55.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using deon55 for any commercial purpose, including selling account access, reselling credits, or operating a wagering syndicate without prior written authorisation from deon55.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where deon55 is legally obligated or otherwise considers it appropriate to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the deon55 platform — including but not limited to the deon55 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, data, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of deon55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the deon55 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any deon55 content without the prior express written consent of deon55.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, deon55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

deon55's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your deon55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

deon55 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. deon55 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or withdraw the platform or any part of it at any time without prior notice.

11. Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in your account — after deduction of bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered PKR payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

deon55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
